So, a fad diet is where you will focus on either one type of food, or, one type of food group. The idea is that if you focus on one type of food or one type of food group, then it will help you lose weight. For example, by focusing on eating rice and making it a core diet, excluding all other foods or food groups, then you can lose weight. This is an example of what a fad diet is; you can replace rice with any type of food and the result and the idea are the same.

These types of diets are heavily criticized. They are heavily criticized because it is argued that they do not work. They are often criticized for being quick rich schemes to losing weight. In other words, they are too good to be true. There is something to be said for this, as this kind of diets can make you reduce vital vitamins, minerals and proteins that you need in your diet. One of the most popular, or well known miracle-like diet, is the apple cider diet. The apple cider diet is as horrible as it sounds. The focus of this diet is that you will consume apple cider, by drinking it in water. For example, you’ve added a tablespoon or two to a few litres of water.

As you can see, this is quite different from what a fad diet is, as it is focusing, not on the food, but, other elements of your diet, side elements, if you wish. Although the apple cider diet can help you to lose weight, there is a reason that it is on our worst diet list – what it doesn’t focus on – your food.

It doesn’t really focus on what you are eating, or drinking, instead, it just focuses on taking something in addition to your meals and food. Now, this leaves a big part out about your dieting. That big part is that in order to successfully diet, by getting into good health and losing weight, you have to focus on changing your food to do that. If you change your food, so that you are eating healthier foods, then, you will be successful in losing weight.

Detox diets are where a particular diet encourages you to basically detox. It’s about detoxing your body of harmful chemicals and toxins. There is evidence to suggest that detoxing can be beneficial and help you to lose weight, their result is minimal in comparison to other diets.

For example, if you take green tea, it is a focus of many diets because of its detoxing properties. It is very beneficial to your health and well being, and will also help you to lose weight. But, and this is a big but, it is only part of the story. You shouldn’t just go on a green tea detox diet, while not consuming anything else. Not only is that not effective, it is also dangerous to your health.

The green tea detox, only helps you to lose weight by 15%. It doesn’t take into consideration the foods that you eat or the other drinks that you intake. Therefore, if you are only trying to lose weight through detoxing with green tea, then it will not be effective. It should only be one part of your diet, not the whole diet. If a diet is a detox diet, then more than likely you will not get the full benefits out of dieting.

Fasting is about you stop eating food, either for a small period of time, a long period of time or at specific periods of time. Fasting is generally used by religious people for specific holidays. However, it is also used by people who want to gain weight.

Many people think that if they stop eating, then they will lose weight. Usually, people fast for a short period of time. The thing about fasting is is that it does the exact opposite of what the person intends to gain from the fast; it actually increases weight in a person. This is why starving yourself of food is pointless. It is also dangerous. No good diet will ask you to starve yourself of food.

You should always be eating something while you diet. Having three healthy meals each day is good for you.
