Dropping pounds and enjoying a flatter stomach aren’t the only things to look forward to when you start slimming down. While looking great is definitely a huge accomplishment in its own right it’s also important to acknowledge how great you’ll feel in so many other ways. Sure, some changes will be unexpected and maybe even a little bit inconvenient, but isn’t it better to have a happy problem than any other kind of problem?

Say Goodbye to Your Daily Sniffles

Allergies be gone (or almost gone)! Losing weight can actually help you eventually say goodbye to your inhaler or lesson your need to pop some pills. If you’re wondering why, so did we. It’s crazy how linked your weight is to so many issues in your body and turns out that allergies are one of them. Excess weight can actually put a lot of excess strain on your adrenal glands and your respiratory system as a whole (snoring, hello!), which means that your asthma and allergy symptoms will only get worse the more weight you put on.
