If you want to lose weight quickly, over the course of two weeks, then try and eat foods which are low in carbs. And therefore, avoid foods which are high in carbs. One of the top ways that people put on a lot of weight is through absorbing a lot of carbs, not just through eating carbs, but also, drinking carbs – carbs can be absorbed through drinks as well.

Which takes us to our second point in losing weight quickly, over the course of two weeks – try and avoid drinks high in carbs. There are several drinks which are high in carbs, such as alcohol, fizzy drinks and fruit juices. The only drink which doesn’t have carbs in them is water.
